EB735439595CN last update 31dec dispatched from China to USA, until now I don't know where is my package

Hi Satae,

It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I have been tracking an order placed in MARCH and the tracking has not updated since March 11th. This is what it says:
"International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada.
Last updated: Mar. 11"

The number is LZ692659019CN.
Is the package lost? Thank you
