Dear, unfortunately I see on your track and trace that the package has arrived in the Netherlands. I have already called a few times with the courier but they say that no package is present. Can you figure this out for me what the problem is.

I have still not my packet and I have
call with the Dutch courier and they say that she have not a tracker number. I say your tracking number in your answer thats not good.
The good one from chinapostaltracking is LL805375695CN.

There is no tracking information for it. Possible reasons:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
