Tracking numbers are not updated for over 15 days. I need help!

I have customers abroad and I ordered all kinds of products for them. I run stores and their orders haven't arrived yet. I would love to know what's happening with their orders. Some of them have already arrived. I really don't know what's going on with them, and some of them have a delay of 15 days, 20 days, or even more. I would love to know what's happening with this and whether it's possible to speed it up or do something. I'm really helpless here.
