I purchased an item in December says arrived in Canada December 22 and cannot get any updates on my item. Just wondering where it is or do I just except the loss and never order anything that uses buylogic. UE847310526KG is tracking number I recieved

AQ322762461CN This is the tracking number of my parcel sent from China by China post. According to the tracker my parcel has been delivered successfully. In reality this parcel has not been delivered to me and i do not know why. Can you help please
What I get is also it arrived in Canada on Dec.22. It's not normal that you still don't get it. It may be lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
