Tracking says delivered but it is not here (QPL138380662CM)

Tracking says that my parcel was delivered on October 28th, but it cannot be found. Is there any way to ensure the address is correct or if there is a picture of the parcel delivered please?? I have checked with the post office and my neighbours.

The tracking number is AM776685622CN. Tracking indicates delivery is Apr. 22 at 20 pm; nothing has been delivered. The tracking info is shady, there is no real detailed tracking info on the US side.
