tracking says delivered but not here

My package shows delivered but not here. Who do I contact for checking.
Who was supposed to deliver it?

Hi JuanM,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My package tracking info, AS750078767CN is showing as delivered on April 2, 2023, but USPS has no record of this package, and I have not received it? I tried to contact the seller, but they're not responding.
