The dispute should now lie with yourselves (China post) as its yourselves that have received the package from the seller and have tracked it all the way to my address, and it's your company that should have 'apparently' delivered it, so should have proof of this,
So is it
A- I'm being scammed by the seller and China post working together
B- I'm being scammed by China post, and the seller is genuine and will be at a loss when i open up a refund

According to the tracking information, ZA02269413101 was delivered on October 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
