My delivery arrived in the UK on the 05.05.20 to the carrier facilty but hasn't moved since why is this

You need to contact the courier in UK to reflect the problem and check it for you.

My parcel was shipped on the 17th of November 2021 from Guangzhou to the US but has not been delivered. The last tracking status was on the 22nd of November with status “Arrived at Destination “. The status now says that “this is the final status and carrier does not provide further tracking”. Where is my parcel? LY932225455CN
