update of the shipment tracking

Hi,
I'm looking for a parcel under tracking number: LZ032718583CN
It doesn't seem to have any updates after 24 Apr. May I know if there is anything wrong with the parcel? When will I be able to track the updated status next?

Hi Katrina,

There is no update for it after April 24. Due to the coronavirus, packages are checked slowly. Please wait for more days to get update.
