Mijn pakket is volgens track and trace bezorgd maar wij hebben niks ontvangen, ook geen bericht dat het ergens anders is afgeleverd, dus mijn vraag waar is mijn pakket
Hallo ik krijg vandaag 25-09-2024 pas bericht dat mijn pakket ACM422428820CY op 22-09-2025 om 09:51 uur op mijn adres bezorgd zou zijn. Ik was die dag om dat tijdstip gewoon thuis en heb geen koerier of pakket gezien. Buren hebben ook niets ontvangen en mijn adres was juist. Mijn vragen zijn nu Welke koeriersdienst zou het dan bezorgd hebben? Waar op welk adres is mijn pakket dan wel bezorgd? Waar is mijn pakket gebleven?
