It was in some other cuntry along the way to Portugal on June 23. It's in transit to Portugal now. It needs to pass other countries. To my experience, you still need to wait for another month to receive it.

"Arrive at the Sita processing center" means that your parcel is on the slow train from Chongqing Unity Village Center Station in China to Duisburg in Germany (takes about 15 days with 4 Logged "Sita" Stops). Parcels are then loaded straight on to ships, stored for further dispatch in one of several football pitch-sized storage units, or sent on by train or truck to Britain, Greece, Spain etc. (takes another 20 to 40 days depending on how long it is put into storage for until enough other freight makes a container viable to deliver to your own country).

This means your parcel is being sent by train. All those SITA processing stations are just stations the trains stops. The train goes from China through Russia and enters Europe in Lithuania. Then Lithuanian Post sends them all over Europe.

If you see "Arrive at the Sita processing center", it means your parcel is being sent by train. All those SITA processing stations that are shown several times in tracking are just stations the train stops along the way. The train goes from China through Kazakhstan, Russia and enters Europe in Lithuania, finishing its journey in capital city Vilnius, the whole journey takes 14-18 days.
