It's still at sone other country along the way to Germany now. To my experience, it still takes about 30-40 days to be delivered.

Are you joking? It could be delivered by stagecoach in 30 - 40 days. I ordered typical clothes for the summer. In 30 - 40 summer will be over.
Please provide the tracking number in order to check it for you.
