Greetings:
Can I get an ETA for pkg with the following tracking number?
UT895635241CN
It arrived in New York on 1/20/2020 and moved to a secondary processing center on Jan 21,2020. It has now been over 10 days at that facility. I understand you were closed for the Chinese New Year, but that is over now. Please provide an update on my package.

It's already in the US and China Post have no way to deal with it. You'd better contac the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
