It has been stuck at the US second processing center since July 4. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller couldn't be connected, contact your bank or visa company to ask for charge back.
