Where is my item # 133102949884 ? I haven't received it. Tracking # LT890710538C

Hi ,On July 4th ,2019 I ordered the item #133102949884 ,a 2200 W Demolation Jack Hammer Electric Concrete Breaker . On eBay it say it was shipped and it supposed to be delivered on Monday July ,15,2019. By ,looking at tracking number it looks like the order was delivered in DEMING ,NM 88031 and it is available to pick -it up. very confusing. Please check the status of my order and inform me ASAP. Thank you.
