You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask which courier is in charge of delivering it to you. It may not delivered by your local post office.

Hello,
I contacted you asking where my package was. The post office has not seen the package sent from your company. I received a letter from Daisy regarding the whereabouts of my package.
Please resend my merchandise. I have contacted the Cincinnati, Ohio Network Distribution Center, USPS Regional Facility and they cannot find your tracking number. You should have a USPS tracking number given to you. Can you send it to me?
Also I have checked with my post office in Portland and they have not delivered the package. There are two deliveries sent to my address from September 5th to September 18th. They are not from you. They are not shipped from China. They are shipped from Portland and received in Portland. USPS has verified the shippers address.
