I am the recipient in China for the parcel with tracking number EY958668209FR, which was shipped from France via La Poste. This parcel is currently stuck in customs clearance in China.
The customs authorities have indicated that the volumetric weight of this parcel is only 4.0kg, but according to the seller, it contains 14 pairs of shoes. For the same order, other parcels with the same quantity and type of shoes show weights of over ten kilograms, making the weight of this parcel clearly abnormal.
As required by customs, I am urgently requesting the official actual weight of this parcel at the time of shipment from your side.
