What to do if tracking status says 'successfully delivered' but I didn’t receive it?

In general, if the package showing 'successfully delivered', it means the recipient has got it. If you didn’t get it, better first check P.O box or ask your friends or neighbors. One of them may receive it for you.

My package states that it was undeliverable because of an incomplete address. My address is NOT incomplete. Now the order is being returned to sender(in Ireland, I'm in the US). I'm very upset considering it's very difficult to track a package with CP, you can never tell if the site you are getting updates from is a 3rd party or actually China Post because of ALL the pop-up ads. Now I'm going to have to wait another two weeks for it to be returned before I can even get a refund. I'm very upset.

Scam tracking agency. It says it was delivered on June 20,2025 but my local post office says it never received the package. Even called our processing in another city to be told the same thing. They lied and plus Shopify is still waiting for a tracking update.

SCAM!!! DO NOT order from company that says it ships with China Post. The tracking appears legitimate, but the item never arrives - even after showing it was delivered. They will then email back and forth until you give up. Seriously for weeks!!! Horrible scam of a service.
