Hi, my package has had an alert on it for 5-6 days now. I am wondering what happened to the package and if it's still in transit. The company i bought the product from is not responding to me and I'd really appreciate any updates.
If possible can you answer some of these questions I have:
Is the product damaged?
Why has it been delayed for so long?
When should I expect it?
Does it have any new updates or tracking info that I cannot see?

I have been told by the courier company that the shipping time of SAL is slower than the Surface during this period of time.
Can I check what is the approximate shipping time of SAL and Surface parcel to be delivered to Norway during this period of time?

I see my package LZ623554741CN for a long period already. Ready other answers I see that a lot of time the seller didn’t ship or the package was lost. I want to know if that is the case with my package.
