Hi, the delivery with tracking number RP869630303CN is stuck at "Already handed over to airlines for transportation Beijing," since Feb 10th, 2020 and there's no record of any flight carrying this shipment. Where is it? Can you please help? Thanks!

Hi awankufri,

You'd better open a dispute on AliExpress if you couldn't receive it before the delivery deadline. It couldn't pass the security check for many times and should have left China on Feb. 10. If you would like to wait, you can continue to wait to receive it.

Hi Srdjan,

It has left China oand is in transit to Serbia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. You'd better watch out the delivery deadline of the package on AliExpress and open a dispute in time if you couldn't receive it before the delivery deadline.

Status of E-packet en route to country of destination twice? (3 replies)

My tracking number is LO832009793CN bound for Australia. I asked my seller last March 4, 2020 on what it meant that my package was returned by the Beijing International Mail Exchange. He told me that it's being shipped from China to Australia. I checked back March 11, 2020 and it says again it's enroute to country of destination. I'm confused as to what's happening to my package.
