Cannot be sent

My parcel went to customs but sent back to manufacturers. They tell me , it cannot be sent to colombia , its been almost 3 months!! What am i supposed to do? When it will open sendings??

Packages couldn't be sent to Colombia due to the coronavirus. There is no flight to there. The time that it can be sent couldn't known. It depends on the situation of the coronavirus.
