Can't find my tracking package nowhere

Not received any updates since April 2nd on my order I'm very frustrated I've been trying every day to track it

Hi G.J,

If it's stuck for a long time, it may be lost or delayed due to some reason. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Ordered a package on april 18th to be shipped to US, was sent tracking info in a timely manner, it says its been received at my local post office as of yesterday evening. I called the post office branch to see when it'd be delivered because it's not showing up on my dashboard for usps registered mail but another package I'm expecting is. How do we find my package as they say it's not there & they cant even find it with the China Post tracking information I was sent???? Tracking # is AS014830877CN.
