My parcel went back to Shanghai from Guangzhou for return but sent back to Guangzhou again. Can you please explain what is going on? My package was sent end of August but still have no idea when I will be receiving my package. and nobody picking up the phone. Can you just help me to send it back to sender?

You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check what happends to it. I could only see it will be returned back.
