Leave "Postal Qingdao Mail", Next stop "Qingdao International Mail" (via transfer) This is the last information I have on my package. Can you tell me why my package left Qingdao mail to Qingdao international mail? I was told that there was a problem with the package and I would like to know what it is and why it has not been delivered? If there is a problem is there a way to update in the system that it is undeliverable and how do I get this done?
