confused about the tracking

it says (Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open)
what does that mean? the seller is no longer a ebay user & ebay wont help.

Your package is sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service. It's not registered, so you couldn't get any more information for it after this information.
'Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open' means your package was checked by the customs on Oct. 7. The next process should be 'Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly' which means it left China and in transit to your country.
You should watch out the deadline of your receipt time on eBay. If you couldn't get it before the date, open a dispute to eBay to get your money back.
