My parcel has been struck in Guangzhou since 28 march n there was no update on the status of my item. Pls help me check if the item is lost? or already deliver to singapore ?or return to the seller? Or the item has send out n reach singapore buy havnt scanned the item to update the status? Pls reply me to clarify my doubt about my parcel. Many thank for the reply.

Hi Darren,

It has left China and is still in transit to Singapore now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for another 20 days to see. If you couldn't receive it before June, it's not normal.

Hello,
I have been waiting for 2 parcels from China for almost 3 months now.
The last update I had, was 6 December 2021 that my parcels arrived in Vilnius Lithuania.
Since then I dont have any update about my parcels and also my tracking numbers are anymore expired.
My parcels numbers are : UU290194753CN & UU290194807CN
How much time still my parcels need to come? Why they late so much and how can I check anymore the status, while the tracking numbers are expired? If any new update is gonna happen the numbers will show me again updates or they are totally dead?
Somebody any help please, How can I check the status with expired numbers? Maybe the parcels get lost?.
