Delay time how much longer?

Hi I have a package was sent from Sydney since 23 July and it has arrived at GZ at 30July. But now it’s been almost a month it is still at GZ custom. Is there a way can find out what happened? Is either they are still sorting out the package or awaiting for ID upload? But I wasn’t told to upload the receiver’s ID and could not find a way to upload from EMS as well. Thank you.

These two parcels are stuck at Guangzhou, Guangdong facility and they've been there for two weeks. When are they possibly going to move towards destination? The delay is taking longer than Covid-19 average delay.

Hello I had two boxes with different tracking numbers of the same items sent by someone, the first came within 12 days and the second one has been saying 08/02 flight departure from ChinaPost for almost the past three weeks longer than what it took the first box to get here.
