I did not receive my package at the address of 272 Acorn Dr. Streamwood, IL 60107.
I called USPS & they told me that YOU guys had the wrong tracking information.
The incorrect tracking # says the package was delivered on 6/25/2020 @ MACOMB,IL 61455 @ 12:39pm.
I need you guys to find my package ASAP.

Trying to find out why package was delivered to completely incorrect address have photo proofs of everything including my bank statement incase I have to take legal action against "agent" Liu Shifeng, Tel if that's even his real name has not responded to my emails ,right away I sensed something weird about this purchase since soon after he/she took my money they quickly deleted listing .Id prefer not to take legal actions and receive the items or my money back but I will not stand by and let this slide by ,this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional, tracking number for order is LT077103797CN . Will be waiting for a response thanks

According to the tracking information, there appears to be an exception in the delivery process, as no recipient was found.
I think it might have to do with my address being incorrect. The house number might not have been on the recipient. How do I contact china post on this matter? Is it only by +861011185 or is there also an email contact available? My local postal service is not able to help me out, unfortunately.
