Delivered status- I have not received my package

Hi, I am reaching out because the tracking I received from my seller says it was delivered to my hometown and zipcode, but I have yet to receive anything. I reached out to my local courier, and they need a US tracking number. Is that something I can be provided with? I have attempted to reach out to the seller and have not received a response. I am beginning to feel like I was scammed.
