departure from outward office of exchange twice at different times

my order has not updated since the 9th of may and seem to have left the originated country twice 27 april and 8 may.
the difference is that after the 27 april it was Handed for air transportation from Guangzhou international exchange station, Guangzhou city on the 28th
and after the 8th of may , it has Departed [Guangzhou international center] to the next stop [Guangzhou international exchange station] (transit)
this doesn't make much sense and i would appreciate clarifications and help

i'm aware that it is a very slow shipping method, i am wondering if there is a reason my item has been sent to the same place twice. is this normal?
It's still stuck at Guangzhou International now. It's sent by a cheap and slow way. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
