Don't understand what tracking is saying

Hi, my tracking shows up with the same message over and over again saying that my package is in transit in China, but several days ago it said that my package had made it to the US. It also says that it has been cast properly and I don't know what that means.
The tracking number is AS547255188CN

Hi Erin,

It means it was delivered successfully on April 28. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
