The delivery was failed on July 9 to you. You need to contact PostNL ASAP to check it and ask for a re-delivery. Or, it will be returned back to China.

I placed a Wish order on April 6th. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from April 30th). I thought that the status bar was right and that the order status ceased to update, but unfortunately it is the other way around. The arrival date got extended to June 26th.
