EB750018048CN sent to wrong country

Package is supposed to be shipped to Canada, but tracking shows that it was sent to Thailand, then now to Egypt. It has been stuck there for over 2 weeks. What do we do now? How do I get it rerouted back to Canada?

It's in transit to Canada now. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Canada.

I paid for goods that were not delivered due to an error on your part! The sender sent me a shipping label with the correct address on it.
