Hello I have an order for more than 100 days stopped and the last update is expired. I have talked to the seller and he says he can't do anything to get in touch with you. I paid around € 80 for the package. can you help me? Can it still come Has it been lost?

Hi FranFerrera,

There is few flight to Spain that makes it delayed. It's still stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station now. If you don't want to wait, you can contact the seller to get refund first.
