Expired tracking

I ordered on April 1st and my package still isn’t here. It says it was delivered to airline on May 15 and yet still no update. Now when I wanna track it , it says my tracking Number is expired. May I please have an estimate time when this will come?

Hi Jose,

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it although it's expired. Many packages are delayed due to the coronavirus. I suggest you wait for another 20-30 days to see if you could get it. Contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in three months.

Hello, My tracking numbers of my parcels are expired because are in transit over 80 days and 1 month from the last update in system.
My question is how can i check anymore my parcels where they are? It can be again possible to see new updates if any change is gonna happen? Or The tracking numbers are expired for good?
