Flight cx880

My package was supposed to take cx880 four days ago and it still shows it was taken to the airport can someone explain

Hi Tatlor,
Which carrier do you use to ship? What's the destination country? I couldn't find any result in tracking system for this tracking number. If it's a China Post tracking number, it should be consisted of 11 digits. But yours is 10 digits.

Hi Tatlor,
It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it when it leaves China. So, there is no further update after July 18. It usually takes two or three months for you to get it.

What's the tracking number of your package?
