Package stuck at flight arrival? Many other people having the same problem?

My package has been stuck at “flight arrival” since January 25. My tracking number is LZ626377246CN. Is it stuck at customs, should I be worried that it’s lost? I’ve seen many people having the same issue, are orders just really backed up these days?
