Hi my package was sent out in April 16 and last update was flight arrival April 20 . It’s been over a month stuck in flight arrival . Can you please help thanks

Hello,
I placed an order off of DHGate 20 days ago. The package was moving fast but its been stuck at the "Flight Arrival" step for 6 days now. The timing from the flight departure and arrival was 8 days, so i was thinking maybe my package was held by customs or something like that.

My package has been stuck at “flight arrival” since January 25. My tracking number is LZ626377246CN. Is it stuck at customs, should I be worried that it’s lost? I’ve seen many people having the same issue, are orders just really backed up these days?
