How come tracking has not moved in a while?

Both of my packages say handed over to airline for delivery. What does that mean and am i supposed to get a new US tracking number?
Tracking numbers for my packages are
UD000594131CN
UF513890851CN

UD000594131CN is in the US now. UF513890851CN is in transit to the US and hasn't arrived now. Both of them will be delivered by USPS later to you. Not sure if there will be new tracking number for them.
