How to track it after the parcel arrived at mailing center of destination?

My parcel came from China to Canada. The tracking shows its Customs clearance has completed and already arrived at Canada mailing process center for a few days. It seemed the original tracking number did not work in Canada Post tracking system. How can I do for tracking?

Hi Steven Fang,

You'd better contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it after it arrives in Canada.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me? I ordered a parcel off of Ebay in Dec last year. It should have arrived two months ago already, but still nothing.
When I track the parcel it states that it is in "South Africa, Arrived at destination country airport" and it hasn't moved since the 3rd of Jan. I've phoned mailing centres, customs, sars, sappo, but can't reach anyone who is able to assist.
