I can’t track my package with the tracking #


So when I type in my tracking code, I which I have confirmed that it’s the correct tracking number with the seller of the product, and insured that China postal is the Courier of the package, however when I type in the tracking code it says the tracking code isn’t in your system could someone explain that, or even better yet give me details on where my package is, and approximately how much longer I will have to wait.
