hi, the tracking # ZA00887727501 indicate the item was delivered although i haven't receive it? can you provide me the name of Israel local company which delivered this item ? (i already checked with the custom, Israel post which they claim they haven't receive it)

Hi, thaks for quick response the tracking # is non valid for the israel post. Can you advise me what was the item size and weight ?
It should be delivered by Israel Post. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Israel. Then, use the number to check with Israel Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
