I never received my package but tracking says its been delivered

I was sent a package from China with tracking number ZA03166633201 - tracking says that I received the package but I never did receive it. I have security cameras at my house and in my neighborhood and there is no record of anyone deliver my package at the time indicated by tracking. I need help to recover my package. I thank you in advance for the help you can provide me.

Hi Peteralmeida,

According to the tracking information, ZA03166633201 was delivered on November 30. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
