I'm sorry to bother you but I have a package that I ordered and it has been shipped with 4px.
The package is stuck at the "Depart from facility to service provider" since the 27th of June and I haven't heard of it since...
I know it isn't send with your compagnie but since I can't find any way to contact 4px anywhere and that ChinaPost is a partener of 4px, I was hoping you could check this package for me : LL698510775LU

Sorry, we couldn't contact 4PX. You need to let the sender to contact 4PX to push the to send. According to the tracking information, it hasn't been handed over to the service provide.
