Do you mean you want to buy something online and seller is in China? If they don't offer delivery service to Italy, you could let them help you to send it through China Post.

No, China Post doesn't offer this kind of service. Why does the seller so unhelpful? It's easy for them to do it I think. They could call China Post and let them to pick up the package at door. They don't need to go to the post office at all.
