Inquiry about a shipment CP421496878CN and CP421496904CN

I had sent parcels with the above-mentioned tracking numbers to Pakistan at the start of January but these have not reached still. When I inquired about their status, I was asked to contact the seller. I don't know about the seller. I want to know who is this seller and how can I contact it. Please provide me the information about this. Otherwise, I may come across serious consequences which may result in the loss of my luggage.

Sorry, we don't know the seller's information. You need to find the seller's information from the platform you bought the item. To my experience, this kind of packages usually takes about 3-6 months to be delivered.

I have been waiting for my shipment since April 24th and it hasn't been arrived for almost 1 month.
The tracking website shows that it already arrived to Poland on 29th of April. I don't know where my shipment stays
