My order has been out since the and hasn’t updated since the 19, does that mean it’s on its way here?

Hi Bertha,

They have left China and are in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when they are in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when they arrive.
