Is there any way to gain access to the USPS tracking number?

The package says that it has been delivered, however the mail room I use says they need the USPS tracking number in order to pick up my package.

Hi Hunt21vt,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
