Does it prompt security at customs check? Because I only bought W87-IC from the seller; not illegal stuff

Hi, my parcel (AQ003390248CN) has been at the destination country sinds 3rd of August and is still showing as "The shipment is in transit within the destination country". Is this normal? Which carrier has the package been handed over to in Belgium, so I can check with them?
