Hello, I received the tracking from the seller. Yet the package is in the USA, but no more details about who's carrying the package in the US. Could you provide any information about this?

my order says it's in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It seemed all good when it departed from transport hub, but today I got a notification from my tracking app saying there were issues in processing by customs authorities. What does this mean? Hello i have packages with tracking number that starts with RP.......CN and obvious i have a problem with them. Because the last known tracking was "domestic by transfer" and before that was "the package was exported to open and dismantle" ?
With tracking numbers that starts with RG... I have never had an issues before, but this RP have issues? Why?
